Research and practice show that the majority of change programs (such as introducing TQM, BPR, new IT systems, creating a learning or innovation focused culture, mergers) fail to be implemented as planned. One of the most common explanations is that the managers responsible lacked change agent skills.
The EIS Simulation is a multimedia learning tool that requires participants (organized in change agent teams of 3 members) to implement a major change in a simulated organization, and experience different forms of resistance.
The Simulation was designed to develop skills for those conducting change within an organization and to motivate those participating in the process.
The EIS Simulation has been used and is still successfully used by Faculty Members of Top Universities and Research Institutes and in major corporations and organizations worldwide.
The simulation is developed at CALT (The Centre for Advanced Learning Technologies) at INSEAD.
We are trained game masters and run tailor-made workshops.
